D2Xchange Supports Komen Denver & Country’s Largest Race for the Cure
D2Xchange is proud to provide document scanning and indexing services to the Komen Denver Race for the Cure. Komen Denver is an Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure, a non-profit organization dedicated to eradicating breast cancer as a life-threatening disease through research, education, screening and treatment.
Held on the first Sunday of October, Race for the Cure is Komen Denver’s largest fund raising event. Last year, more than 66,000 people registered for the event – making it the biggest Race for the Cure in the country.
D2Xchange will scan and index race forms completed by this year’s entrants – providing Komen Denver a searchable database the organization can use to enhance its relationship with supporters and broaden its reach in our community. Seventy-five percent of the funds raised in Denver’s Race for the Cure stay in the Denver area to help medically indigent women receive the medical care they need to battle breast cancer.
