Nancy Hallowell, Director, Marketing & Customer Support

Nancy feels she has the best of both worlds at D2Xchange. She not only gets to build the D2Xchange brand by creating marketing materials and managing customer/prospect events, she oversees the D2Xchange Client Services team.

A strong advocate for D2Xchange customers, Nancy and her team are committed to responding to customer support requests on the first call and within two hours of receipt.* In the rare instance where additional resources are needed to resolve a customer’s issue, Nancy’s team will diligently identify and marshall the necessary resources to assure the customer’s questions are answered to their satisfaction.

Nancy has more than 25 years of experience providing marketing and marketing communications support to financial services, data management and non-profit organizations. She earned a bachelors degree in Journalism from the University of Northern Colorado. She has been accredited by the Public Relations Society of America. An active community volunteer, Nancy currently serves on the board of directors for Life Quality Institute and as a facility volunteer for Porter Hospice at the Johnson Center.
