Kimberly Franzman, Director, Finance & Administration
In addition to expertly managing the financial affairs of D2Xchange, Kimberly is responsible for human resources at the firm. In this role, Kimberly takes the lead in recruiting and grooming new talent to contribute to the organization’s success.
Kimberly has more than 15 years of experience in private, public and not-for-profit, small- to medium-sized companies. She has held executive management positions with Enterprise Solutions Group, a division of Information Handling Services, and Atrix Laboratories Inc. She has served as member of executive management and a leader of financial management, accounting, administration and human resources. In addition, Kimberly has lead successful public financings in excess of $60 million in the biopharmaceutical markets.
Kimberly is a graduate of The University of Denver and holds a BS in Accounting.
