Richard Gillit

Director of Sales

Richard Gillit, Director of Sales at D2Xchange, has the responsibility to drive revenue for the organization by leveraging a combination of direct sales efforts and major strategic partnerships across the US and Canada. During his tenure at D2Xchange, Richard continues to grow the organization by developing and maintaining lasting business relationships and a growing, dynamic sales team to generate business on a daily basis. A passion for sales and leadership in an evolving sales environment, along with a focus on the fundamental importance of building long-term relationships are key factors leading to his team’s success.

Richard joined D2Xchange in February 2017 and brought with him experience in both direct sales and leadership, most recently with JP Morgan Chase where he managed sales development in Commercial Development, Chase Private Client, Retail Banking, and Mortgage within multiple branches in Colorado. Richard has a history of Leading teams to success by growing the team members skills and insuring customers’ needs are a priority.

 Other Interests:

Richard is dedicated to his community and shows this through his multiple roles on various Non- Profit Boards. These board include Atlas Prep School, Citizen Soldiers Connection, BizKidz, Regional Building Department, and other charities that help to grow the community and it’s youth. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family and on occasion enjoys developing his knowledge on Cigars.
